After a long wait, Xiaomi has finally unveiled its latest smartphones, the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi13 Pro.
However, these aren’t the only products from the company. We expect at least two to three new products from the company at each conference. These include the Xiaomi Watch S2, and the Xiaomi Buds 4.
Xiaomi’s Desktop Computer
Another product that was unveiled alongside these smartphones is the Xiaomi Mini Host. It may be the most interesting one because it’ll probably never come out.
This is Xiaomi‘s first desktop PC, a fully functional unit that can perform the same functions as any other modern Windows PC while fitting into the palms of your hands.
Size and Weight
It actually looks similar to the Xiaomi Mi Box and feels more like a device for televisions because it is small and light at just under 400 grams and is 110 x 110 x 37mm.
Manufacturing
It doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s low-end because it’s so little. The case is made from a single aluminum plate that has gone through several processes including sandblasting and anodization, to provide a high-quality computer that directly competes with Mac computers.

Graphics Card
A compact device powered by an integrated Intel XE GPU and a 12-core processor from the 12th gen of Intel Core processors is available.
RAM
Despite its lack of power, the 16 GB of memory will be enough for all the tasks an average user needs to perform, from using office apps to online browsing and multimedia.
Storage
We also have the option to increase the memory and the 512GB of SSD space that come with the computer.
Cooling
A sizeable fan combined with a two-tube heat sink design makes for an efficient cooling solution.
It allows you to choose between different power usage levels. You can save some electricity by using lower power levels.
Connectors
It also includes a lot more connectors than expected, including
- two USB-C ports
- two HDMI ports to link the two displays
- two Ethernet ports
- WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 support
The Xiaomi Mini PC costs ¥3,699 ($575) in China. It comes pre-loaded with Windows 11, but it’s also compatible with Ubuntu Linux.
There is currently no information available regarding the Xiaomi Mini PC‘s potential debut in global marketplaces.
